Returns
I do hope that you will love your Sole of Summer shoes but should something be not quite right please do not hesitate to contact us straight away via email to discuss return details
Please note that as a small business I am unable to offer free returns. However, we offer our Goodwill Policy allowing you 20 days, from receiving your shoes, to notify us of your request to return and then an additional 14 days in which to ensure they are returned to us.
To save you additional costs and for sustainability, where possible, please reuse the mailing box to avoid damage in transit back to us.
Sole of Summer take no responsibility for the goods being returned whilst they are in transit. It is therefore advisable to use a delivery service that is tracked such as Royal Mail tracked or proof of sending service.
All refunds will be made to the card using the same payment service used upon purchase.
All shoes must be returned unworn and in a resalable condition.They will be checked once received and a refund will be issued following the resaleability inspection. You will receive an email to confirm, once we receive your order and if the refund has been approved. Please be advised that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company. If no refund has been received by 15 days please contact us at returns@soleofsummer.co.uk and we will follow up where we can.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not possible at this time due to the size of the business but if you are returning and keen to ensure you can order an alternative pair then please contact Sole of Summer by email and l will be able to let you know stock availability and try where possible and hold the pair for you whilst you return and order the alternatives. Should you wish to exchange your shoes and purchase a new pair we will give you the free postage for 48 hour Royal Mail tracked postage (£3.50) off your next order.
